Lower Parkstone Luxury Real Estate Profile (BH14)

Lower Parkstone lies south of Penn Hill Avenue and borders Branksome Park to the east, Lilliput to the west and Canford Cliffs to the south. The area is mainly detached houses with a few newer blocks of luxury apartments dotted around. Canford Cliffs Road divides Lower Parkstone (western side) and Branksome Park (eastern side).

This area has probably seen the most redevelopment in recent years as buyers have been out priced in neighbouring areas. It is now common place for new detached houses for sale to easily top 1m and it is an area of strong growth in real estate values, but still remaining a more affordable location.

Lower Parkstone has a small "village centre" located around Penn Hill with a few shops, bars, restaurants and estate agents. It also has a fine golf course "Parkstone Golf Club" off Links Road.

Properties for sale bordering the course command a premium, as does anything with distant sea or harbour views.

Some of the most expensive roads include Links Road, Overlinks Drive and Compton Avenue which back on to the golf course. The top end of Blake Hill Avenue has seen recent development of luxury properties with sea views. Other popular roads include Spur Hill Avenue, Clifton Road and Canford Cliffs Avenue (still just in BH14 despite the name).

Lower Parkstone is also home to the Bournemouth Collegiate Preparatory School which is an independent school for 3-11 year olds.
